Please take a minute before shopping for installation and review the guidelines in the Preparation checklist. The information provided, hopefully, will prevent any misunderstanding about our services and create a positive customer experience and an ideal sauna installation.

Electrical service, as specified by the sauna manufacturer, must be complete and accessible at the time of installation.

If electrical service is not completed prior to installation our technicians will not be able to test the sauna. Additional charges will apply if our technicians are required to make a return visit in order to complete the installation.

The installation area must be accessible.

Sauna assembly locations that are being renovated, or are under construction must be complete and other trades must be done with their work and off site prior to installation. If our installers are not able to access the assembly location to complete the install, additional charges will apply for a failed visit. Remodeling in process, whether done by a General Contractor or a homeowner, please read our General Contractors Remodeling Document.

Outdoor installations

Installation of outdoor models does not include installation of tie down straps and is not included in the cost of assembly.

We do not have centralized scheduling

We manage the process but our techs arrange their own schedules. Your preferred dates cannot be guaranteed and are based on the tech's availability. Prior to installation you will be notified of the date, but in some cases additional time is needed for scheduling.

Technicians are not permitted to take payments

Installation of peripheral upgrades must be arranged prior to the installation. All questions about payments must be directed to orders@153install.com

Make sure a responsible adult, 18 years or older will be onsite during installation

The homeowner or their designee must be present throughout the installation to answer questions and confirm the location of the sauna. In order to ensure a smooth and complete installation, the techs must have designee present to sign the completed paperwork. If no one is available with the tech on site a reschedule of the appointment will result in an additional fee.

Purchasing debris removal

Sauna arrives in an open crate that includes a pallet and wood (Oriented Strand Board or Plywood) Some techs do not have the means for the total removal. We recommend you contact your local trash company to find out if these items are accepted. If the tech cannot provide removal of all the trash including the OSB and Pallet, we can provide the services of a 3rd party, but the charge may increase slightly.
