- Location: Customer is responsible for having Sauna in close proximity (within 25 ft) to the location where the installation will be completed unless services are purchased for placement. Should our technicians need to complete the stair carry, stairs must be selected and paid for prior to installation. Our technicians do not provide hard wiring, electrical, or plumbing services. The customer is responsible for making sure that the proper electrical outlet is available, the surface is level, and is the proper size for the sauna ordered.
- Scheduling: Suggested dates are indicated by customer and 153install will attempt to accommodate the suggested dates where possible. (Dates are not guaranteed but are based on availability) By suggesting a date and purchasing installation services, there is no guarantee that these dates represent the actual installation date. There is no stated or implied guarantee of suggested dates as this is subject to technician availability. Suggesting an installation the date of delivery is strongly discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. The product needs to have arrived and been examined for potential shipping damage. Additional charges will apply if a scheduled installation is not possible due to shipping delays or in the case of damaged product.
- Advanced Scheduling: When scheduling in advance, please be advised that our Operations team will not reach out until at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. During that time, we will confirm the details of the installation, answer any questions, and ensure that the area is prepared for installation.
- Restrictions: Service is available in Alaska, Hawaii, and in some parts of Canada. However, that pricing is not available in our online store. Customers in these areas will need to request a quote from 153install@the153group.com.
- Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds are offered if requested less the convenience fee which is typically 2.9%. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or may be subject to attempted installation fee. A failed visit fee will apply if the technicians arrive on scheduled date/time and installation cannot be completed through no fault of the installers. - Additional Services: Services may be purchased for moving the sauna to the assembly site, move up stairs and trash removal (OSB/Plywood and pallet are not included in trash removal)
- Purchasing Installation: Purchasing installation constitutes a contractual agreement between 153 INSTALL and the customer. All terms and conditions here and additional considerations provided in the Customer Information form sent after purchase are included in the contractual terms. This includes the agreement that you will not discuss the installation charges with our technicians.
